All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

2. Shipping & Handling

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Heather Linette Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Prints (8×10): We accept returns within [14 days] of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective prints.

Original Paintings: All original painting sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original works, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on heatherlinette.com are the original work of Heather Linette and are protected by copyright law. Purchase of a print or original painting does not transfer any reproduction rights, commercial rights, or intellectual property rights to the buyer. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Heather Linette Art's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
