Prints (8×10)
We accept returns on prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange prints that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Original Paintings
All sales of original oil paintings are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original works, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your original painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
